after talks with Nabin 9N2NK today, i found out i need a Visa in advance due to the guest license processing. sadly the next embassy is in Berlin, so we needed to drive there.

The Nepalese embassy in Berlin is located in an appartment complex on the second floor. people there have been very nice and the whole application took around 5 minutes.

After recieving the reciept, they said the decision takes around 4-5 business days and i will get the ETA via email.

recently, Nepal also started giving out eVisas which would be even better, but this should also do the job.

As many of you heard, there was a flood disaster near Kathmandu a few days ago. Some OPs from KTM went to the area to help with communication.

They established communaction with the kapital using 40m band and 2m for Local networks.
